1 General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between lb99 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person using this platform ("User", "you", "your"). lb99 operates an online casino and betting service for users in Bangladesh.

Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, they will be permanently closed and the associated funds may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from a single device or network within the same household will be treated as suspicious.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. lb99 reserves the right to cancel any account created with false information, at any time. If your information changes, update it promptly.

3 Account Verification & Security

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

lb99 may verify a user's identity at any time. Any one of the following documents may be requested for verification:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving Licence
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

If verification is not completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed or suspended.

3.2 Account Password & Security

Keeping your account secure is your responsibility. Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact the support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity on their account.

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, delays may occur in some cases due to security checks or technical reasons. Account verification is required before a withdrawal can be processed.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met before submitting a withdrawal request:

New members at lb99 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. For the maximum bonus, depositing ৳34,000 or more gives a maximum bonus of ৳20,000, bringing the total balance to ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x), applied to the bonus amount only. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be usable on specific games.
• Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• lb99's specific rules apply when using multiple bonuses at the same time.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• lb99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

8 Account Suspension & Closure
